Repair before replacement
Cracked, corroded or leaking grease trap, or a failed inspection? We repair commercial grease traps overnight, after your kitchen closes, so you don’t have to shut. A repair typically costs under half the price of a new trap, is guaranteed to pass inspection, and carries a 10-year warranty on labor and materials, as long as the trap gets regular pump-outs.
We also install new grease traps, jet sewer lines, and deep clean and degrease traps. We don’t pump traps: your City-permitted pumping company does that.

Why repair
Grease left sitting in a trap turns acidic. Over time it eats holes in the walls and breaks the baffles that hold grease back, and then the trap can’t do its job however often it’s emptied.
Most owners assume the only fix is a new trap. Usually it isn’t. We strip the grease from the trap, fill the holes and cracks, rebuild the broken walls and coat the whole inside, all in one night. The trap is back in use the next morning, guaranteed to pass inspection.
Dallas rules
A Dallas Water Utilities Liquid Waste Inspector visits restaurants to check that grease traps are being serviced. The inspector asks to see your pump-out records, inspects the kitchen and measures the grease and solids built up in your trap.
What we do
Repair comes first, because most damaged traps can be saved. When one can’t, or the kitchen needs a bigger trap, we put in a new one.

Because we install traps as well as repairing them, the free inspection gives you a straight answer either way.
Call (214) 713-4954 and tell us what the inspector found, or what you’ve noticed. At night a person answers and books a visit.
A technician looks at the trap at your kitchen and tells you what it needs. There’s no charge for this visit.
Book the pump-out with your usual company. In Dallas, a pump-out has to be done by a liquid waste transporter the City has permitted, and the restaurant must supervise it.
After you close, we clean and degrease the trap, repair every hole and crack, rebuild broken walls and coat the entire trap.
The repaired trap is guaranteed to pass inspection. It’s warranted for 10 years, as long as it gets regular pump-outs.
Usually, yes. We repair cast concrete, steel and fiberglass traps of all sizes, underground or above ground: holes, cracks, corrosion and broken baffle walls.
No. Emptying the trap is your pumping company’s job. In Dallas that has to be a liquid waste transporter permitted by the City, and the City says a list of permitted transporters is available on request. What we do offer is deep cleaning and degreasing of the trap itself.
It’s guaranteed to. We repair with high industrial-grade materials, back to the trap’s original specifications, and we coordinate with the City’s inspectors on any inspection that’s needed.
That depends on the size of the trap and the amount of damage, so the price comes after the free inspection. A repair typically costs under half the price of replacing the trap.
